At Old Soul Artisan, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for most unused and unopened items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original artisanal packaging to ensure they are protected during transit; please include a copy of your packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
